Delivery Policy
Provided the item you order is in stock, your item will be dispatched within 5 working days. If there is an issue with your item, for example it is out of stock, we will notify you via email.
UK DELIVERY (5 WORKING DAYS)
Postage for all UK orders is charged at £3.80
Please note if your parcel is unable to be delivered and you are given an “attempt to deliver card” Bucolic Blaze will not be held responsible for parcels that are not collected from the Post Office. Should the parcel need to be sent again, the re-delivery postage charge will fall upon the customer.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
International postage is charged at £12.
When orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures. Any customs duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.
RETURNS
Boxer shorts and handkerchiefs are non returnable, for hygiene reasons, please double check your sizing before placing an order. If you think you have made a mistake drop us an email ahead of dispatch.
For everything else, subject to being unused and good condition, you have 14 days to change your mind and return postage is the responsibility of the purchaser.
